Islamabad: The F-8 Exchange Underpass in Islamabad is set to open to traffic today, as announced by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi yesterday.

According to this update, his inspection of the ongoing projects at the F-8 Exchange Interchange and Serena Interchange in the capital. During his visit, the minister commended the round-the-clock efforts being made to meet deadlines for the F-8 Exchange Chowk Interchange.
He stressed the importance of eliminating any potential delays and instructed the teams to prioritise the timely completion of the project.
Minister Naqvi also provided an update on the Serena Chowk Interchange, confirming that it is scheduled for inauguration in January. The construction of this project is expected to be finalised within 60 days.

In addition to emphasising timely execution, Minister Naqvi underscored the need for environmental protection during construction. He urged contractors to implement measures to preserve trees and minimise ecological disruption while carrying out the projects. |
