LAHORE – The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) retrieved seven kanal public utility land from land grabbers in two housing schemes of Lahore on Thursday.
LDA teams removed illegal constructions, gates and boundary walls, retrieving seven kanal land allocated for mosque, school and parks during operations in Government Employees Co-operative Housing Society and Eden Residencia.

LDA Director Private Housing Schemes supervised the operations which were carried out by the enforcement teams with the help of heavy machinery and the Police.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed continuing indiscriminate operations against land grabbers and encroachments in housing schemes of Lahore. He directed taking measures to save land earmarked for public utility sites in Lahore’s private housing schemes. |
