| Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has announced the date for an open auction of commercial plots in its developed sectors. According to a Facebook post on FGEHA’s official page on November 4, the 2-day open auction will take place on November 13 and 14:
Venue: Gandhara Hall, Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad
Time: 10 AM
The auction will feature commercial plots in various locations within Sectors G-13 and G-14, including:
Commercial plots in varying sizes in G-14 Markaz
Commercial plots in Class-3 shopping centres of G-13 and G-14-2/3
Petrol Pump site on Mauve Area (Srinagar Highway) in G-13
Mixed-use plot adjacent to G-13 Markaz

The plots are available on a 2-year payment plan, with a 10% discount for lump sum payments and an additional 5% discount for payments made in US dollars via banking channels. The building plan for projects on these plots will be approved once 25% of the total amount is paid.
