Nilore Heights: CDA approves refunds, forms committees for dispute resolution

Islamabad: In a significant decision for stakeholders in the Nilore Heights housing project, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board has approved the establishment of a seven-member committee to scrutinize claims related to the project. This decision was made during the 15th meeting of the CDA Board, chaired by CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa at the CDA Headquarters, with all board members in attendance. One of the key resolutions from the meeting was the approval of a full refund for the processing fees deposited by overseas Pakistanis who participated in the Nilore Heights project. This move is aimed at addressing concerns raised by investors regarding the project’s management and claims. In addition to the scrutiny measures, the board resolved that plots in Sector C-14 would be allotted through a draw, prioritizing overseas Pakistanis.
