Peshawar: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar has introduced an attractive incentive package to encourage early construction of commercial projects within its premises. Announced through its official Facebook page, this initiative includes a range of financial and promotional benefits for builders who commence construction on their commercial plots promptly.

According to the details provided, DHA Peshawar will waive 25% of the development charges for those starting construction work on commercial plots. Of the remaining 75% development charges, builders are required to pay half upfront, with the remaining quarter available for payment in installments.
Additionally, DHA Peshawar has committed to organizing groundbreaking ceremonies for these new commercial projects, offering public visibility and official support. These projects will also benefit from free advertising on DHA Peshawar’s social media platforms, boosting awareness and reach within the community. To further support these initiatives, DHA will assist developers in securing utility connections and provide options for specialized bank financing.
