Each bus will be 2.55 meters wide, equipped to seat 44 to 49 passengers, and is projected to benefit approximately 6,000 passengers daily. The project includes importing electric buses that come with a 12-year warranty, alongside toolkits for necessary repairs. The buses will operate on inactive routes of the Punjab Transport Company, addressing a gap in public transport that has persisted for several years. |
