CDA introduces helpline for rain-related emergencies

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced a helpline to swiftly tackle complaints about water accumulation caused by heavy rainfall in Islamabad, aiming to ease citizens’ inconveniences, as per a news article on April 16. During recent heavy rainfall, CDA, MCI, and ICT teams promptly responded to complaints, ensuring water clearance on highways. Special measures were taken on highways to maintain traffic flow per CDA administration directives, preventing congestion.
