Under the directive of the Municipal Secretary Dr Ahmad Javaid Qazi, the LMC has been tasked with the creation of this portal and associated system. To oversee this transition, a representative from the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has been appointed as the Municipal Chief Information Liaison (MCIL).
As part of the action plan to combat illegal constructions in the provincial capital, a separate squad will be established. This squad will work in conjunction with municipal authorities to enforce regulations and prevent encroachments.
