CDA invites EOI from private developers for Kurri Enclave Housing Scheme

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has opted to collaborate with a private firm to develop a housing scheme named the ‘Kurri Enclave Housing Scheme’, as reported by a news source on February 12. Although the land is owned by the CDA, the project, estimated at billions of PKR, will be executed as a joint venture with a prominent real estate developer or a consortium of firms. Expressions of Interest (EOIS) have been solicited from reputed firms for project execution. The selected real estate entity will invest in the project’s development and planning.
