This will enable the identification of barren land, facilitating efforts to prevent illegal constructions and encroachments while facilitating targeted plantation activities. The launch of the new website is expected to instil confidence among overseas Pakistanis, as it introduces an online property verification system, allowing citizens to verify properties conveniently from their homes. Moreover, the new website will offer all CDA services online, eliminating the need for citizens to visit CDA offices. The tendering process has also been digitised, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and transparency. Citizens will now be able to pay water bills, property taxes, and other arrears from the comfort of their homes. Furthermore, the website includes updated data on arrears for the past twenty years.
