PITB’s e-stamping system surpasses PKR 351bnin revenue

Islamabad: Punjab Information Technology Board’s (PITB) Chairman Faisal Yousaf chaired a progress review meeting about the generated revenue exceeding PKR 351 billion through the e-stamping system since its launch in May 2016. The news was disclosed in an article published on January 19. Chairman PITB emphasised the positive impact of e-stamping, stating that the system has digitised the issuance of stamp papers, eliminating paper-based and fraudulent practices while enhancing transparency.
