| Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has announced the 2nd ballot date for residential plots in River View South Phase-IV. This was shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on January 10.

As per the details, Phase-4 is set to conduct the second ballot for its 5, 7 & 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal residential plots on January 11, 2024. The upcoming ballot aims to allocate plot numbers to eager property owners, adding another chapter to the flourishing real estate development.
