| Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as CBD, has introduced ‘Grand Souq Lahore’, which poses an excellent investment opportunity for investors and retailers. The interested parties can submit their applications by December 1 to become part of the ballot of the shops in the first-of-its-kind souq on Main Ferozepur Road.

It was revealed that the shops in Grand Souk Lahore are sized 350, 450, and 550 sq ft and the pricing of the units are as follows:
The price of shops located on the ground floor starts at PKR 100,000 per sqft
The price of shops located on the first floor starts at PKR 85,000 per sqft

The buyers can get ownership in 3 years and avail the benefit of a 4-year installment plan. The balloting of the shops is starting from December 15. The potential investors can grab registration forms at Allied Bank branches to secure a unit. |
