Pursuant to the details, sources indicated that a dedicated website gateway would be developed to facilitate this process, providing comprehensive information about residential and commercial plots, as well as buildings. CDA authorities are in the process of creating a pro forma for the submission of complete plot details. This pro forma will serve as the foundation for constructing a data bank, enabling the digitization of records. Through an internet portal, citizens will have unrestricted access to this digitized information.
Furthermore, the digitization initiative will commence with the record of D-12 in the first phase, serving as a pilot project. Upon its successful implementation, records from all sectors will be digitized gradually. This comprehensive effort will include records from various departments such as the revenue directorate, planning, estate management, and building control.
