Islamabad: The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Housing & Works Division has opened pre-booking of residential plots at the OPF Housing Scheme for Overseas Pakistanis on Rawat Kallar Syeddan Road in Rawalpindi, as announced in a news advertisement on October 06.

This announcement is considered a golden opportunity for Overseas Pakistanis to acquire residential plots of varying sizes, including 5, 8, and 10 marlas. The location of this scheme is particularly attractive, being situated just 2 kilometres from G T Road.
What are the eligibility criteria for applying for plots in the OPF Housing Scheme?
Overseas Pakistanis must be members of OPF.
A token payment of PKR 500,000, along with the application, is required for pre-booking.
A non-refundable processing fee of PKR 15,000 will also be charged.
Application forms for these plots can be obtained from the OPF website www.opf.org.pk and the OPF Head Office.
The application forms will contain tentative prices for the plots.

Furthermore, it should be noted that OPF reserves the right to accept or reject any applications at any time prior to the allocation of the plot category. The token payment will be adjusted against the plot’s price, and successful applicants will be required to pay the remaining plot price in instalments. |
