The official Facebook page of the authority released a video tutorial on September 30, demonstrating the easy steps to facilitate online payments through the HBL mobile app.

Here’s a concise breakdown of the payment procedure:
Log in to your HBL mobile app using your username and password, or opt for fingerprint/facial recognition for quick access
Tap on the ‘More’ icon within the app
Select ‘DHA’ from the list of options
Choose the respective company and click ‘Next’
Enter the necessary payment details and proceed by clicking ‘Next’
Confirm the payment amount and click ‘Next’
Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) and click ‘Next’
Lastly, enter your transaction password and click ‘Pay’ to complete the transaction
