| Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is offering residential plots – for the first time – to overseas Pakistanis and the general public in the approved prime sectors G-12 and F-12 in Islamabad, according to an advert published in the national dailies on August 27.

As per the details shared, the authority has reserved a 20% quota for the general public and 15% for overseas Pakistanis. The interested general public who possess a computerised national identity card (CNIC) and overseas Pakistan who have their POC/NICOP/Dual Nationality/Resident Permit can apply for these plots through the FGEHA’s official website. The deadline for application submission is October 10. The applicants will also get a 5% rebate on full payment upfront.

The applicants can apply multiple times for plots in every category and in case of qualifying for more than one plot, the applicant can choose one to keep.
The plots can be bought with a 3-year easy payment plan. The application form with a non-refundable fee can be submitted at the branches of Askari Bank Ltd and Bank of Punjab.
Non-resident Pakistanis can also use their VISA or Master Card for application.
The allotted plot numbers will be transferred as per the specified regulations.

A 10% extra fee will be charged for the corner plots.
A computerised ballot will ensure transparent allotment.
All terms and conditions specified will be applicable.
The sectors are in the vicinity of the Motorway, Saddar-Rawalpindi, New Islamabad Airport and Paki Secretariat.
