Islamabad: Premier Choice International, the largest and most trusted real estate developer of DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi and Bahria Town, has signed a contract with Hilton Garden Inn to expand Hilton’s hotel services in Pakistan. Premier Choice International will be introducing Hilton’s Hilton Garden Inn brand in their new landmark new development, Grand Orchard.

Located at the gate of Defense Housing Authority Phase 1 in Islamabad, this one-of-a-kind project is set to become a commercial, residential, and hospitality landmark in the country.
The agreement between Hilton and Premier Choice International was signed at the Arabian Travel Market 2023 exhibition in Dubai World Trade Centre by Premier Choice International CEO, Amran Zia, and Hilton VP Development MENA, Carlos Khneisser.
Hilton Garden Inn is a renowned brand as Hilton operates in over 50 countries with 900+ hotels across the globe. Pakistan’s Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Grand Orchard will feature 120 guest rooms with world-class amenities and will be in close proximity to key locations in the area, such as Grand Orchard’s under-construction mall and several other attractions in the capital city.
CEO of Premier Choice International, Amran Zia, highly praised Hilton’s management for placing its trust in Premier Choice International to operate Hilton Garden Inn in Pakistan. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Zia said that Hilton Garden Inn is set to become one of the best hotels in the country and transform the hospitality segment in the city. The agreement reflects Premier Choice International’s vision of continuously creating value by bringing international-standard living, shopping, and dining destinations to the real estate market in Pakistan.
