BoR Sindh, Balochistan to share property ownership data with FBR

The Boards of Revenue (BoR) Sindh and Balochistan have signed data-sharing agreements with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to enhance transparency and efficiency in tax collection mechanism, a news source reported on May 4. The agreements were signed on April 19 and April 28, respectively. It will help improve the tax collection activities of FBR. With this collaboration, it is expected to further develop integrated IT-based platforms through which automated exchange of data will be made possible.
