| Karachi: The Directorate Town Planning Sindh Master Plan Authority has issued notices to the developers of 313 illegal residential schemes, according to news published on April 06. Reportedly the list of such schemes in the province has already been advertised.

According to the Directorate Town Planning of Sindh Master Plan Authority, these illegal housing schemes are located in in 28 districts and 37 tehsils of the province. As per the details issued 20 such housing projects are located in the Hyderabad Districts, 74 in Naushahro Feroze, 23 in Mirpur Khas, 18 in Matiari, 14 in Sukkur, 19 in Khairpur, 24 in Nawabshah and 11 in Larkana.

The authority has warned citizens to consult the list of unauthorized schemes prior to buying plots and houses. |
