Lahore: Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF) Town has launched limited residential plots for overseas Pakistanis on a first-come, first-served basis, as per an advert published in the national dailies on March 16. The said project is located on Raiwind Road and lies adjacent to OPF Greens at a short driving distance from Ring Road.

The advert terms it as a ‘Golden Opportunity’ for overseas Pakistanis to get 3.5-, 5-, 6- and 8-marla residential plots in the OPF Town, Lahore on 8 quarterly installments, where 35% of the total price has to be paid as down payment.
The eligibility criteria for interested investors is as follows:
• OPF Members – Overseas Pakistanis who are members of the foundation
• Overseas Pakistanis – Those who are not members of OPF will need to submit a bank draft of PKR 2,000 and a duly filled membership form to get registered with OPF and become eligible for applying for the plots
Moreover, a non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 10,000 will be charged. The OPF Town comes with salient features like:
