Islamabad: Pakistan and Indonesia have agreed to enhance bilateral economic and financial cooperation, according to news published in the national dailies on March 8.

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had a virtual meeting with the Indonesian Finance Minister Sri Mulyani. Both countries discussed enhancing cooperation in the financial and economic sectors. In the meeting, the two sides discussed avenues for mutual cooperation to strengthen bilateral relations. During the meeting, Finance Minister Dar expressed satisfaction over the magnitude of trade, economic, and investment cooperation between the countries.

On the other hand, the Indonesian minister opined that bilateral relations between the two countries should be strengthened. She shared various economic reforms introduced by the Indonesian government and steps taken for sustainable economic development. |
