Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA), in collaboration with the government of Pakistan, has launched Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase-1, an affordable apartment project developed exclusively for overseas Pakistanis, an advertisement in daily news newspapers reads.

The project offers 2-bedroom apartments, spanning over 779 sq ft, on Lehtrar Road, Zone-IV, Islamabad. The advertisement states that the online application for the apartments will be available from February 25 through March 31, 2023, and that computerized balloting will take place on April 15.

The apartment project, which will be carried out jointly by CDA and the central government, is only open to overseas Pakistanis with valid NICOP and Pakistan origin cards, and all payments will be made in US dollars. The advertisement has asked interested buyers to visit CDA’s official website to download brochures and application forms, starting on February 25. ‘
