FGEHA asked to resolve issues delaying allotment of plots, flats

Islamabad: The National Assembly Standing Committee on Housing and Works has requested the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA)’s Director General (DG) to address the issue related to the allotment of plots, flats, and apartments, according to a news published on February 10. During the meeting, measures taken to resolve the issues related to the ongoing projects were also discussed so that the plots, flats, and apartments could be provided to the allottees on time. Read: FGEHA to launch housing projects in eight cities The meeting was also informed the meeting attendees about the general waiting list and the category-wise details of allotments of all houses in Sectors G-9 and G-10 in Islamabad. The Estate Office official (whose name was not disclosed) mentioned that the employees of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) are not eligible to get the accommodation as the authority has its own pool of accommodation for employees.
